There should be an "Extras" option on any game you have. They are yours until the heat-death of the universe. Technically you can keep these files forever to install the game whenever you want, wherever you want. They will not phone home to verify the install is by an authorized user or not. I keep an external hard drive full of my offline backup game installers. Download all the files and do what you will with them. When games were still distributed on digital media, you would borrow or sell games which effectively meant you handed your copy of the game to someone else, so someone else started using the product while you couldn't anymore.
